Fabrice Faucard
Managing Director GCE Cutting & Welding Technologies
In July 2014 Fabrice was appointed Managing Director for GCE Cutting and Welding Technologies and reports to Christophe De Fitte, CEO of GCE Group.
He has worked in the GCE Group since the early 1990s and in his previous position was Country Manager for the French operation and Regional Manager for the South West region including Italy, Spain and Portugal ,driving the Sales development in this region for all GCE Business Areas.
Fabrice started his career in 1988 selling cutting & welding equipment in Lyon and was responsible for creating a distributor network in the region. Then he moved to the French operation in La Charité sur Loire to develop the export business for all GCE product lines and was responsible for Key Account customers in particular for Medical products.
Following training in Strategic Management ICG in Institut Français de Gestion in Paris in 1998 he was appointed as Sales Director from 1999 until 2006.
From 2007 until 2012 he was sales responsible for Large Global Key account customers like Air Products, Praxair and SOL whilst he also started the sales development with Air Liquide Group from 2002. In mid-2012 he was appointed as Regional Manager South West Europe driving sales for all GCE business areas with his local sales teams.
