STAINLESS STEEL 312 RUTILE-BASIC ELECTRODES

STAINLESS STEEL RUTILE ELECTRODE FOR REPAIRING

Rutile-basic electrode with an enhanced mechanical characteristic of the deposit of stainless steel. Highly resistant to cracking. Welding all low-alloy and high-alloy steels. It is a multipurpose electrode for high security repairs. Soft fusion, nice appearance of the beads, self releasing slag.

WELDABLE STEEL RANGE:
Carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, tool steel, manganese steel, etc...

MAIN APPLICATION:
Repairing and maintenance on dissimilar, difficult-toweld or unidentified steels. Suitable for buffer layers before hardfacing, building up piston rods, gears...

ADVANTAGES:

  • Ideally universal
  • High resistance
  • Stainless deposit
  • Nice appearance of the weld beads

    STANDARDS: EN 1600/ISO 3581-A: E29.9 R 32; AWS A5-4(E312-16)
