TERMINAL UNITS IN CENTRAL MEDICAL GAS SUPPLY

Medical terminal units enable a quick and easy connection of medical devices to the central gas supply in hospitals and rescue vehicles. They must be safe, robust and easy to use in all conditions. The type of gas outlet is dependent on national standards and/or local requirements. GCE MEDIUNIT gas outlets have been designed and built for this purpose. GCE MEDIUNIT gas outlets comply with the ISO EN 9170 standards (terminal units intended for use in medical pipeline systems) and are available in national standards: DIN, BSI, CZECH, NORDIC and AFNOR!

The GCE Mediunit undergo all the tests required to comply with the ISO EN 7396 (Medical Gas Supply System). This makes GCE MEDIUNIT the right choice for both the installer and the user.

• Gas-specific probe - MediUnit
• Gas-specific colour coding on MediUnit
• Firts insert is parking position
• In this position the probe is just fixed not pressurized
• There is no connection yet to the pressurized gas network
• Push the probe fully into the operational position
• In the operational position the probe is connected with the central gas network
• Pressure loss according to EN 9170-1

HOSPITAL WARD EQUIPMENT

This product range is meant for use in medical facilities but can also be used in ambulances and emergency vehicles. Most of these products are used in oxygen therapy or suction. The product range includes a wide variety of devices for ventilation, like flowmeters, flow regulators and vacuum devices.
